Trying to change things up by shooting something I've never shot for this project before; in the rain, near dusk, and with movement. Not sure if it fits.

This is a nice picture. This color palette and atmosphere are completely new for you. You should keep experimenting and worry later how the pieces fit together.
The hint of warmth being reflected on the house is fun, especially since it is surrounded by such a strong green/blue palette. The moving flag above the lamp post is nice placement. It almost feels like it is on fire. This picture has the possibility of being bleak and somber or hopeful depending on where you put it in the sequence. Overall, it's just a nice, well-seen and well-felt moment.
